FAQ

  • How can this program work in just 30 days?
This program is the result of years and hundreds of hours researching how people recover from divorce and the end of their relationships. Research conclusively proves there is a process to getting over a loss which includes shock, denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and finally, acceptance. Of these stages, I was most interested in was what lead to acceptance; what had changed... and why? In most cases, it was because the person was no longer in an emotionally charged state and their minds were open to understanding and accepting the relationship as it actually was, and not as their charged minds had perceived it at the time. This program focuses on taking people out of their emotionally charged states through a series of epiphanies, or "aha" moments that help them find new perspectives on the breakup and achieve a level of separation and recovery that normally takes months or years to achieve.
  • What is the program based on?
The program is built around the phase of acceptance in getting over a relationship. It looks at the factors and conditions that get people to this point, and works to accelerate the process of arriving there. It's based on the power of epiphany, or "aha" moments that wake us up from the lies our emotional brain is telling us about our relationship. Once out of the emotionally charged state a breakup puts us in, people are able to see their relationships more clearly and understand how having ended it can be a highly positive thing.
  • I've taken other programs that didn't work for me. What makes this one different?
Most everyone has seen advice that tells people going through a life-changing breakup to "get together with your friends!", "Throw yourself a party!" or "It's okay to feel terrible--own it!" Having survived terrible breakups, these ideas, while certainly not harmful, wouldn't help us get past the pain of a gut-wrenching breakup or divorce. Instead, this program focuses on jolting participants out of their emotionally charged state and helping them speed the recovery process by seeing and understand the relationship for what it truly was, and not how their minds may be incorrectly perceiving it, which is often misperceived. Additionally, it teaches participants how to view rejection differently and take the lessons learned from their past relationships forward so that they don't experience another devastating breakup. In short, this isn't a program on "lifting yourself up by the bootstraps," but instead a program that focuses on changing your perceptions and then speeding the natural recovery process to days instead of months or years.

  • Is this program good just for breakup's and divorces?
While this program will certainly help with people going through the pain of a bad breakup or divorce, it will also help with any type of rejection, including from friends, co-workers, employers, and more. The principles apply to a variety of different scenarios because they teach how and why we feel the way we do when think we are rejected, why rejection isn't really a real thing, why certain things don't work out, how our brain chemistry can lie to us (and how to recognize this), and more.
